Ingredients for Lava Flow Recipe

  • Bananas halved 2

  • Strawberry Crush 1/2 cup

  • Coconut milk 1 cup

  • Pineapple slice 1/2 inch cubes 2

  • Cream 1/2 cup

  • Pineapple juice 150 millilitres

  • Fresh mint leaves a few drops

  • Cherries 8


Step 1

Take the banana pieces, strawberry crush in a blender.m

Step 2

Add coconut milk and blend till smooth.

Step 3

Add pineapple cubes to the banana mixture, keeping a few aside for garnish and blend.

Step 4

Add cream and pineapple juice and ice. Blend further.

Step 5

Crush two leaves of mint and add to the mixture.

Step 6

Pour into glasses.

Step 7

For garnish prick two cherries, two mint leaves and a pineapple cube onto a toothpick alternately. - See more at:

Serve the mocktail chilled with the garnish in it.
