Ingredients 

    • 1 cup dried kokum petals, soaked in 2 cups water
    • 1½ cups castor sugar 
    • Ice cubes as required
    • Water/Club soda as required

    Method

    1. Heat sugar in a deep non-stick pan. Strain the juice from soaked kokum petals into it, mix well and cook till the mixture reduces and thickens. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. 
    2. Add some ice cubes and 2 tbsps kokum mixture into individual glasses. Top with water/club soda and serve chilled.
