Ingredients
- 1 cup dried kokum petals, soaked in 2 cups water
- 1½ cups castor sugar
- Ice cubes as required
- Water/Club soda as required
Method
- Heat sugar in a deep non-stick pan. Strain the juice from soaked kokum petals into it, mix well and cook till the mixture reduces and thickens. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Add some ice cubes and 2 tbsps kokum mixture into individual glasses. Top with water/club soda and serve chilled.
