Ingredients list for Kokum Sharbat - cook smart

  • 1 cup Dried kokum petals soaked in 2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups Castor sugar
  • as required Ice cubes
  • as required Water/Club soda


  1. Heat sugar in a deep non-stick pan. Strain the juice from soaked kokum petals into it, mix well and cook till the mixture reduces and thickens. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  2. Add some ice cubes and 2 tablespoons kokum mixture into individual glasses. Top with water/club soda and serve chilled.
