Ingredients
- 2 medium kiwi fruits, peeled and chopped
- 3 cups yogurt, whisked
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 2 scoops vanilla icecream
- Crushed ice as required
Method
- Keep aside four teaspoons of chopped kiwi and combine the rest with yogurt and sugar in a blender and blend at high speed till smooth.
- Add vanilla icecream and crushed ice and blend again for a minute.
- Pour lassi into individual tall glasses and serve garnished with the reserved chopped kiwi.
