By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Feb 2017 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients For Masala, Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 2 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Khuzi Panyaram For Masala 1 tablespoon Oil 2 - 4 Curry Leaves 2 tablespoons Split Black Gram 2 tablespoons Chopped Dry Red Chilli 1/4 cup Grated Coconut 2 tablespoons Chopped Onion to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder For Panyaram : 2 cups Dosa Batter 1 tablespoon Oil For the filling : 1/2 cup Crab meat shredded To Serve : as required Coconut Chutney a pinch Red Chilli Powder For Garnish : as required Fried Red Chilli as required Fried Curry Leaves Method To prepare masala in a pan heat oil; add curry leaves, chopped dry red chilli, grated coconut, chopped onion, salt, red chilli powder and mix well. In a bowl mix the dosa batter and the prepared masala together. Add oil to the paniyaram maker and add the prepared batter to it Immediately drop ½ teaspoon filling and slightly press . Cover it and let it cook for 5-7 minutes and then remove it once cooked from both the sides. In a jar serve the coconut chutney and place it on a plate. Arrange the paniyarams on the plate and sprinkle red chilli powder. Garnish with fried red chilli and fried curry leaves.
