By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Feb 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Ripe Banana, Pomegranate seeds Cuisine Indian Course Raitas Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Kela Anar Raita 2 medium Ripe Banana 1 cup Pomegranate seeds 1 1/2 cups Yogurt,whisked 1 teaspoon Lemon juice a few Fresh mint leaves sprigs 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon Sugar to taste Rock salt (sendha namak) Method Peel bananas, cut into half inch sized cubes and rub a little lemon juice on them to avoid discolouring. Finely chop mint leaves reserving a few for garnish. In a large bowl combine bananas, pomegranate pearls, whisked yogurt, chopped mint leaves, roasted cumin powder, sugar and rock salt. Mix well and chill in the refrigerator. Serve garnished with remaining mint leaves.
