Kale Chane

Ingredients 

  • 1 1/2 cups black Bengal gram, soaked for 5-6 hours and pressure cooked with salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons punjabi chhole masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander sprig for garnish

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add 2 tablespoons punjabi chhole masala, Bengal gram and mix well.
  2. Add salt and remaining Tata Sampann Punjabi Chhole Masala and mix well. Add ¼ cup water, mix well and cook 2-3 minutes.
  3. Garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot.
