Ingredients
- 2 medium Cucumber
- 200 grams Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves,chopped
- 1 tablespoon Cumin powder,roasted
- 2 Green chillies,chopped
- to taste Salt
Method
- Peel and grate the cucumbers. Put in a muslin cloth and squeeze to extract extra moisture. Mix together yogurt, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, cumin powder and salt.Add the grated cucumbers just before serving.
- Serve chilled.
