Ingredients list for Kadhi Gola
- 1 cup Split bengal gram soaked
- 1/4 cup Split pigeon peas soaked
- 1 tablespoon Gram flour
- 2 cups Sour yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 6-8 Garlic cloves
- 2 Green chillies
- 6 Curry leaves
- to taste Salt
Method
- To make gola, drain the dal.. In a mixing jar add cumin seeds, curry leaves, garlic, salt, green chili pieces to these dals and grind them together to fine paste.
- Divide the mixture into equal portion and shape into balls.
- To make kadhi, mix yogurt, gram flour, salt, and 2 cups water and prepare smooth mixture.
- Add the kadhi mixture in a pan and let it boil for 10-15 minutes. Add the golas and let it cook on low flame 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
