Ingredients list for Jelly Custard - SK Khazana

  • 1 packets Jelly mix
  • 4 tablespoons Custard powder
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 Green grapes halved
  • 2 Black grapes halved
  • 2 Fresh strawberries halved
  • 2 Fresh strawberries halved


  1. Put jelly mix in a bowl. Add 2 cups hot water and mix well.
  2. Arrange a green grape half, a black grape half and a strawberry half in each of 4 Margarita glasses and pour a ladleful of jelly mixture on top. Refrigerate till set.
  3. Pour remaining jelly mix in a baking dish and refrigerate till set.
  4. Heat 1½ cups milk in a non-stick pan.
  5. Mix together custard powder and remaining milk in another bowl till smooth.
  6. Add cream and sugar to the milk in the pan, mix well and bring to a boil. Add custard mixture, mix well and cook till the mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  7. Pour a ladleful of custard mixture over the set jelly in glasses. Refrigerate to set.
  8. Cut the set jelly in the dish into small cubes. Put these jelly cubes over the set custard, garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
