Ingredients list for Jamun Kala Khatta
- 2 cups Jamuns seeded
- to taste Black salt (kala namak)
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder roasted
- ¾ cup Castor sugar (caster sugar)
- 2 cups Orange juice
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- as required Ice cubes
Method
- Blend together jamuns, black salt, roasted cumin powder, castor sugar, orange juice, lemon juice and ice cubes to a smooth mixture.
- Put lemon slices in individual serving glasses and pour the jamun mixture.
- Serve chilled.
