Ingredients list for Jaggery And Chocolate Fudge

  • 1 cup Jaggery (gur) grated
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate grated
  • 1 cup Peanuts crushed
  • 1 tablespo Butter

Method

  1. Grease an aluminium tray with butter and set aside. Melt jaggery in a double boiler. Add butter and mix.
  2. When the jaggery melts, add peanuts and chocolate and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture onto the aluminium tray and spread evenly. Set aside for 15-20 minutes to cool down to room temperature.
  4. Then set in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Cut into pieces and serve.
