Ingredients list for Italian Hot Fudge Sundae
- 4 scoops Mixed Ice Creams
- 4 scoops Dark Chocolate
- 4 scoops Chocolate Icecream
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Dark chocolate chopped
- 1/2 cup Condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons Instant coffee powder
- 4 tablespoons Almonds chopped
- 4 tablespoons Cashewnuts chopped
- 4 tablespoons Walnuts chopped
- 4 slice Brownies chocolate
Method
- Heat butter in a non stick pan, add dark chocolate and stir till it melts completely.
- Take the pan off the heat, add condensed milk and mix well. Add 1 tsp instant coffee powder and mix.
- Mix 1 tsp instant coffee powder in ¼ cup water and heat in microwave for 10 seconds. Add this to the chocolate and mix well. Heat the sauce slightly.
- Place 1 scoop each of vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice cream in serving bowl for each portion. Sprinkle some of the chopped almonds, cashewnuts and walnuts over them.
- Crumble some chocolate brownie over the nuts, drizzle hot fudge over, sprinkle remaining nuts and serve immediately.
