Ingredients for Hot Sizzling Icecream Recipe

  • Drinking Chocolate 3 tablespoons

  • Milk 2 teaspoons

  • Cornflour/ corn starch 1 teaspoon

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Butter 1 teaspoon

  • Chocolate sponge cake 4 pieces

  • Vanilla ice cream 4 scoops


Step 1

In a large bowl mix together drinking chocolate, sugar, cornflour and milk to a smooth mixture.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick pan. Pour the mixture and cook till the mixture thickens. Add butter and mix well. Chocolate sauce is ready.

Step 3

Heat a sizzler plate. Put the muffin on the plate and top it with vanilla ice cream. Pour the sauce on it and serve immediately.
