Ingredients list for Hot Chilli Corn

  • 2 cups Corn Kernels boiled
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • 1 Green chilli chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 small Green capsicum chopped
  • 1 small Red capsicum chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 3-4 Black peppercorns crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick pan. Add boiled corn kernels, red chilli flakes, green chilli and cook for a minute. Add lemon juice, green capsicum, red capsicum and salt.
  2. Cover the pan and allow them to soften for about two minutes. Mix well. Add crushed peppercorns and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
