Ingredients list for Honey And Fruit Smoothie
- 5 tablespoons Honey
- 3 Ripe bananas peeled and chopped
- 2 Ripe mangoes peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 cups Yogurt
- 8-10 Ice cubes crushed
- for garnishing Fresh mint leaves
Method
- Place banana and mango pieces in the freezer for one hour. Place the frozen fruit, honey, lemon juice and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add crushed ice cubes and blend again. Pour into individual glasses and serve, garnished with mint sprigs.
