Ingredients list for Honey And Fruit Smoothie

  • 5 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 Ripe bananas peeled and chopped
  • 2 Ripe mangoes peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • 8-10 Ice cubes crushed
  • for garnishing Fresh mint leaves

Method

  1. Place banana and mango pieces in the freezer for one hour. Place the frozen fruit, honey, lemon juice and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add crushed ice cubes and blend again. Pour into individual glasses and serve, garnished with mint sprigs.
