Homemade Cereal Mix This mix is very healthy and tasty too. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients oats, Corn flakes Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Homemade Cereal Mix ½ cup oats ½ cup Corn flakes ¼ cup Chocolate cereal ½ cup rice crispies 25-30 Almonds 1 Kiwi 1 Mango 1 Chickoos 2 tablespoons Raisins ? cup Cranberries Method Dry roast oats till lightly browned and transfer into a bowl. Sliver almonds and toast till fragrant. Transfer in the same bowl. Peel kiwi, mango and chickoo. Add cornflakes, chocolate cereal, rice crispies, raisins and cranberries to the bowl and mix well. Store in airtight jars. To serve, place a generous portion of cereal mix in a serving bowl. Roughly chop fruits and add to the bowl.
