Ingredients list for Homemade Caramel Ice Cream
- 1/2 cup + for drizzling Caramel syrup
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup Milk powder
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 cup Fresh cream
Method
- Heat milk and milk powder in a non-stick pan. Cook, stirring, till the mixture thickens.
- Pour the milk mixture into a bowl, add sugar and Hershey’s Caramel Syrup and mix well till the sugar melts.
- Add cream and whisk till well combined. Transfer into an airtight container with tight fitting lid and freeze overnight.
- Scoop into individual serving bowls, drizzle some Hershey’s Caramel Syrup on top and serve immediately.
