Ingredients list for Homemade Caramel Ice Cream

  • 1/2 cup + for drizzling Caramel syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Milk powder
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 cup Fresh cream

Method

  1. Heat milk and milk powder in a non-stick pan. Cook, stirring, till the mixture thickens.
  2. Pour the milk mixture into a bowl, add sugar and Hershey’s Caramel Syrup and mix well till the sugar melts.
  3. Add cream and whisk till well combined. Transfer into an airtight container with tight fitting lid and freeze overnight.
  4. Scoop into individual serving bowls, drizzle some Hershey’s Caramel Syrup on top and serve immediately.
