Ingredients list for Healthy Suji Cheela

  • 2 cup Semolina
  • 1 cup Whisked Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • for shallow frying Oil


  1. In a bowl together whisk, semolina, curd, coriander leaves and salt. Allow it to rest for fifteen minutes.
  2. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a non stick tawa, pour one ladle of the batter and spread it little. Pour little oil if required. Flip after two minutes and cook from both sides till golden and done.
  3. Serve with green chutney.
