Ingredients for Healthy Fruit and Nut Crumble Recipe

  • Green grapes halved 10-15

  • Black grapes halved 10-15

  • Strawberries hulled and chopped 8-10

  • Almonds slivers 1 tablespoon

  • Cinnamon powder ¼ teaspoon

  • Honey 2 tablespoons

  • Jowar flour 3 tablespoons

  • Oats roasted ¾ cup

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180º C.

Step 2

Put green grapes, black grapes, strawberries, cinnamon powder and 1 tablespoon honey in a bowl and mix well.

Step 3

Put jowar flour and oats in another bowl and mix. Add remaining honey and mix well.

Step 4

Line an oval glass baking dish with fruit mixture and layer the oats mixture on top. Put almond slivers on top.

Step 5

Place the baking dish on a baking tray, place the tray in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6

Serve warm.
