Ingredients list for Hazelnut Custard

  • 20 grams Hazelnut Paste
  • 20 grams Milk
  • 50 millilitres Milk
  • 75 millilitres Fresh cream
  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 22 grams Sugar

Method

  1. Preheat an oven to 280°C. Heat the milk with cream in a deep non stick pan for about two to three minutes.
  2. Take the egg yolks in a bowl and whisk well with sugar.
  3. Add this mixture to the pan and mix well.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add to the pan alongwith the hazelnut paste.
  5. Mix well and strain the mixture into an ovenproof glass bowl.
  6. Keep the bowl in the preheated oven and bake till cracks appear on top.Serve chilled.
