Ingredients list for Hasselback Chicken
- 4 Boneless chicken breasts
- to taste Salt
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon Mixed herbs chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 15-20 Baby spinach leaves shredded
- 3-4 Bacon strips, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 20-30 grams Mozzarella cheese cut into 1 inch thin pieces
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 °C.
- Make incisions on each chicken breast and transfer in a bowl. Add salt, crushed peppercorns, mixed herbs and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
- Place each marinated chicken on a baking tray. Put some baby spinach leaves, bacon pieces and cheese pieces in between the incisions.
- Put the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
