Transfer it into a bowl. Add ½ cup grated chocolate and mix well. Take a cellophane paper, sprinkle powdered sugar and 1 tbsp grated chocolate on it. Spread the khoya mixture over it. Spread a little gulkand in the middle of the khoya block. Gently roll the khoya with the cellophane paper first. Then roll tightly and refrigerator so that they become firm.
