Ingredients list for Gulkand Rolls
- as required Gulkand
- 2 cups Khoya
- 1/2 cup + to sprinkle Chocolate grated
- to sprinkle Powdered sugar
Method
- Lightly saute khoya in a non stick pan till it softens but do not let it melt. Transfer it into a bowl. Add ½ cup grated chocolate and mix well.
- Take a cellophane paper, sprinkle powdered sugar and 1 tbsp grated chocolate on it. Spread the khoya mixture over it. Spread a little gulkand in the middle of the khoya block.
- Gently roll the khoya with the cellophane paper first. Then roll tightly and refrigerator so that they become firm. Cut into pieces and serve.
