Ingredients
- 60ml vodka
- ½ tsp rose syrup
- 120ml litchi juice
- ½ lemon
- Ice cubes
- Crushed dried rose petals for garnish
- Honey for brushing
- Herb studded ice cubes for garnish
Method
- To prepare the garnish for each glass, apply a thin coat of honey using a paint brush on one side of the glass, starting from the bottom to the top while creating an “S” or any desired pattern.
- Sprinkle the crushed rose petals on the prepared pattern and dust off excess. Set aside.
- For the cocktail, in a Boston shaker, add rose syrup, squeeze in the lemon juice, and add vodka, litchi juice and a few pieces of ice cubes. Place the lid on and shake till well combined.
- Take the prepared glass and add a few herb studded ice cubes, strain the cocktail mixture into the glass and serve immediately.
