Ingredients list for Gulab Jamun Tartlets
- 20-25 Mini gulab jamuns
- 4 Tartlet shells
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 3 Caramel chocolate bars
- 10-15 Walnuts
- to garnish Rabdi
- to garnish Pistachios , chopped
Method
- Heat cream in a non-stick pan, stirring continuously with a spatula. Transfer into a bowl. Break caramel chocolate bars and put into the same bowl, keep the bowl in a Microwave and heat for 1 minute. Take the bowl out and mix well till the chocolate melts completely and becomes smooth.
- Chop walnuts, add to the melted chocolate and mix well. Add mini gulab jamuns and mix well.
- Place the tartlet shells on the worktop, fill them up with this chocolate mixture. Garnish with rabdi and pistachios.
- Arrange the tartlets on a serving platter and serve immediately.
