Ingredients list for Green Desi Pan Cake
- 1 cup Whole green grams (sabut moong) soaked overnight
- Green chillies
- 1 small bunch Fresh coriander leaves
- to taste Salt
- to shallow fry Oil
- Grind the dal with green chillies, coriander leaves and salt to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Pour a ladle full batter and spread it in the form of a cheela or dosa.
- Cook till golden on both sides.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
