Ingredients for Green Desi Pan Cake Recipe

  • Whole green grams (sabut moong) soaked overnight 1 cup

  • Green chillies

  • Fresh coriander leaves 1 small bunch

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil to shallow fry


Step 1

Grind the dal with green chillies, coriander leaves and salt to a smooth paste.

Step 2

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Pour a ladle full batter and spread it in the form of a cheela or dosa.

Step 3

Cook till golden on both sides.

Step 4

Serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
