Ingredients
- 2 green apples cored and chopped
- 2 cups pomegranate (anar) juice
- 1/2 cup castor sugar (caster sugar)
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan and add apples and sugar and cook till the apples are pulpy.
- Add the walnuts and sauté for a minute.
- Add the pomegranate juice and cook till the mixture thickens and gets a jam consistency.
- Remove from heat and cool. Serve.
