Ingredients list for Ginger Fudge
- 200 grams Ginger Biscuits
- 50 grams Walnuts toasted
- 50 grams Almonds toasted
- 50 grams Butter
- 50 ml Fresh cream
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 200 grams Dark chocolate cut into small cubes
Method
- Crush walnuts and almonds coarsely and transfer into a bowl.
- Break biscuits and add to the crusher. Crush finely and transfer in the same bowl. Mix well.
- Melt butter in a non-stick pan. Add cream and honey and mix well. Add chocolate and mix till the chocolate melts.
- Add chocolate mixture to the biscuit mixture and mix well.
- Place a cling wrap in an aluminium tray, spread the fudge mixture on it and level it out. Refrigerate till set.
- Cut into small pieces and serve.
