Ingredients

  • 60ml vodka
  • ½ tsp rose syrup
  • 120ml litchi juice
  • ½ lemon
  • Ice cubes
  • Crushed dried rose petals for garnish
  • Honey for brushing
  • Herb studded ice cubes for garnish

Method

  1. To prepare the garnish for each glass, apply a thin coat of honey using a paint brush on one side of the glass, starting from the bottom to the top while creating an “S” or any desired pattern.
  2. Sprinkle the crushed rose petals on the prepared pattern and dust off excess. Set aside.
  3. For the cocktail, in a Boston shaker, add rose syrup, squeeze in the lemon juice, and add vodka, litchi juice and a few pieces of ice cubes. Place the lid on and shake till well combined.
  4. Take the prepared glass and add a few herb studded ice cubes, strain the cocktail mixture into the glass and serve immediately.
