Ingredients list for Fudgesicles
- 150 grams Fresh cream
- 300 grams Dark chocolate cut into small pieces
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla essence
- 2 cups Whipped cream
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan, add fresh cream and cook till it comes to a boil.
- Take chocolate pieces in a bowl, add the hot cream and whisk till the chocolate melts and mixes well. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
- Add whipped cream and mix well. Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds and tap lightly to remove air bubbles if any.
- Insert 1 ice cream stick into each popsicle and keep them in the freezer to set.
- Once they are set, bring them out of the freezer and remove them from the moulds. Arrange them on a serving platter and serve immediately.
