Fudge Brownie Sundae A delightful combination of walnut brownie, chocolate sauce and chocolate chips with the goodness of vanilla ice cream. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Dark chocolate , Vanilla ice cream Cuisine American Course Desserts Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Fudge Brownie Sundae 100 grams Dark chocolate 4 scoops Vanilla ice cream 1 teaspoon Baking powder 1/2 cup Walnut kernels 90 grams Butter 1 cup Castor sugar (caster sugar) 2 cup Eggs 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence for greasing Oil 1 Refined flour (maida) 4 tablespoons Chocolate sauce 30 grams Chocolate chips Method Sift flour and baking powder and keep aside. Chop walnuts. Grease a round microwave dish and line it with butter paper. Combine chocolate and butter in a large microwave bowl and soften, uncovered, on Microwave HIGH (100%) for one minute. Beat in caster sugar, eggs and vanilla essence and blend well. Add the sifted flour and nuts and mix well. Pour the mixture into a greased bowl. Place the bowl on an upturned saucer and cook, uncovered, on Microwave HIGH (100%) for seven minutes. Allow standing time of five minutes. Insert a skewer, if it comes out clean it is done. If not cook, uncovered, on Microwave MEDIUM (60%) for two more minutes. Place on wire rack to cool. Cut into squares. In serving glasses, place the brownie pieces, top with a scoop of ice cream followed by chocolate sauce. Sprinkle chocolate chips and serve immediately.
