Ingredients list for Fruit Fudge Pudding
- 8-10 Plum chopped
- 4-5 Peaches chopped
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Cream
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- a pinch Cinnamon powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Heat butter in a non stick pan, add cream and honey and mix well till the butter melts.
- Mix brown sugar and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Add cinnamon powder and mix. Put some butter-cream mixture into 3 ramekin moulds. Put some plums and peaches over that. Cover with some breadcrumb mixture.
- Repeat the layers once. Put remaining butter-cream sauce on top. Keep the moulds in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
