By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Jan 2016 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Condensed milk , Unsalted butter Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 51-60 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Fruit Bar 1 cup Condensed milk 1/3 cup + to grease Unsalted butter 1 tablespoon Sugar 1/3 cup Milk 1 1/4 cups Refined flour (maida) 1/2 teaspoon Soda bicarbonate 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 1/3 cup Candied fruits Method Preheat the oven at 150ยบ C. Whisk condensed milk, sugar and butter together until smooth. Add milk and mix well. Sift refined flour with baking soda and baking powder into a bowl. Add this mixture gradually to the condensed milk mixture, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla essence. Mix candied fruits with one tablespoon of refined flour and add to the cake mixture. Beat well until light and fluffy. Grease the cake tin with butter and transfer the cake mixture into this tin. Bake in the preheated oven for forty-forty five minutes.
