Drain on absorbent paper. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a kadai; add the garlic and sauté for half a minute. Add the spring onions and continue to sauté for another minute. Add the Sichuan sauce and tomato ketchup and stir to mix. Add the fried idlis and sauté over medium heat for one minute, tossing and stirring continuously. Add the spring onion greens and toss again to mix well.
