  1. Put flour, salt, olive oil and some spinach puree in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Transfer the dough on the worktop, dust some flour on top and knead into a stiff dough. Transfer into a bowl, cover with cling film and set aside for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Use as required.
