Ingredients list for French Egg Toast
- 8 slices Brown bread
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup Lukewarm milk
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- to sprinkle Icing sugar
Method
- Break eggs into a deep bowl and beat with a fork.
- Add sugar and beat till well blended. Add milk and continue beating.
- Cut bread slices into triangles.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Dip bread slices in egg mixture and coat well in the mixture. Shallow-fry till both sides are evenly browned.
- Sprinkle icing sugar on top and serve hot.
