Combine lemon juice, half of the oregano, basil, salt, peppercorns and garlic and apply on the fish steaks. Set aside to marinate for twenty to thirty minutes. In a non-stick frying pan roast garlic and onion till brown. Add tomato concasse, remaining oregano, white wine and tomato ketchup and cook for a couple of minutes Add marinated fish steaks.
