Ingredients for FROZEN MANGO AND SABZA SMOOTHIE Recipe

  • Medium Alphonso mangoes 4

  • Tender coconut flesh 4 tablespoons

  • Honey 4 tablespoons

  • Chilled milk 1 cup

  • Sabza (takmaria / basil seeds) soaked 4 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Peel, remove seed and roughly chop mangoes, transfer into a zip-lock bag and freeze for 4-5 hours.

Step 2

Transfer the frozen mango pieces into a blender jar, add tender coconut flesh, honey and milk and blend into a smooth mixture.

Step 3

Pour the smoothie into serving bottles, put some sabza in each bottle and serve immediately.
