Ingredients list for Eggless Peach Mousse
- 6 Canned peaches
- 2 Canned peaches , roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 1/2 cups Dark chocolate
- 3/4 cup Fresh cream , at room temperature
- 1 cup Whipped cream
Method
- Put 6 canned peaches in a grinder jar, grind to a smooth puree and transfer into a large mixing bowl.
- Melt butter in a non-stick pan, add dark chocolate and stir, on low heat, till both melt together into a smooth mixture.
- Add cream and mix well and transfer into a medium bowl and set aside to cool.
- Add whipped cream to peach puree and mix well. Put into stemmed glasses till ¾ full and tap the glasses gently to even the surface.
- Pour the cooled chocolate sauce over the peach mousse. Sprinkle a few chopped peaches over chocolate in each glass.
- Chill in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
