Ingredients for Eggless Biscuit Cake - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Glucose biscuits 8-10

  • Chocolate biscuits 12-15

  • Castor sugar 7-8 tablespoons

  • Chocolate powder 2 teaspoons

  • Cocoa powder 1 teaspoon

  • Milk 3/4 cup

  • Walnuts roughly chopped 7-8

  • Chocolate chips 1/4 cup

  • Fruit salt 1 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Put glucose biscuits and chocolate biscuits in a mixer jar and grind to a fine powder. Transfer into a large bowl.

Step 2

Add castor sugar, chocolate powder and cocoa powder and mix well with a whisk. .

Step 3

Make a well in the centre and add milk and whisk well.

Step 4

Add walnuts and chocolate chips and mix well.

Step 5

Add fruit salt and mix till well combined. Transfer into a silicon loaf mould.

Step 6

Keep the mould in the microwave and cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Take it out of the oven and allow to cool down to room temperature.

Step 7

De-mould and cut into slices and dust with icing sugar. Arrange them on a serving plate and serve.
