Ingredients
- 8-10 glucose biscuits
- 12-15 chocolate biscuits
- 7-8 tablespoons castor sugar
- 2 teaspoons chocolate powder
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- ¾ cup milk
- 7-8 walnuts roughly chopped
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon fruit salt
Method
- Put glucose biscuits and chocolate biscuits in a mixer jar and grind to a fine powder. Transfer into a large bowl.
- Add castor sugar, chocolate powder and cocoa powder and mix well with a whisk.
- Make a well in the centre add milk and whisk well.
- Add walnuts and chocolate chips and mix well.
- Add fruit salt and mix till well combined. Transfer into a silicon loaf mould.
- Keep the mould in the microwave and cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Take it out of the oven and allow it to cool down to room temperature.
- De-mould cut into slices and dust with icing sugar. Arrange them on a serving plate and serve.
