Ingredients list for Dudh Ni Sev

  • 250 grams Vermicelli
  • 1.5 litres Milk
  • 250 grams Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Rose essence
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom seeds

Method

  1. Break the vermicelli in smaller piece and cook with three cups of water till soft. Drain the excess water and add milk, sugar and cardamom seeds and cook on low heat for about ten minutes or till it thickens. Add rose essence and set aside to cool. Serve at room temperature.
