Cover and cook under pressure till 4-5 whistles are released. Finely chop onion and tomato. Open the pressure cooker once the pressure has reduced completely. Mix well. Transfer into serving bowls. Sprinkle onion, drizzle green chutney, date and tamarind chutney and red chilli-garlic chutney. Sprinkle tomato, raw mango and squeeze lemon on top.
