Ingredients for Dhavan Recipe

  • Whole Wheat Flour 1 3/4 cups

  • Rice Flour 3/4 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Ghee 1/2 cup


Step 1

Combine wheat flour, rice flour and salt. Sieve. Add required quantity of water to make a batter of thick pouring consistency. Leave it aside for about thirty to forty five minutes.

Step 2

Heat a tawa, apply a tablespoon of ghee and then pour about one fourth ladle of batter. Spread the batter into thin round shape. Cook until light golden brown in colour.

Step 3

Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot.
