Sieve. Add required quantity of water to make a batter of thick pouring consistency. Leave it aside for about thirty to forty five minutes. Heat a tawa, apply a tablespoon of ghee and then pour about one fourth ladle of batter. Spread the batter into thin round shape. Cook until light golden brown in colour.
