Ingredients list for Dhavan
- 1 3/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 3/4 cup Rice Flour
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 cup Ghee
Method
- Combine wheat flour, rice flour and salt. Sieve. Add required quantity of water to make a batter of thick pouring consistency. Leave it aside for about thirty to forty five minutes.
- Heat a tawa, apply a tablespoon of ghee and then pour about one fourth ladle of batter. Spread the batter into thin round shape. Cook until light golden brown in colour.
- Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot.
