Ingredients
- 15-20 seeded dates
- 3 cups chilled milk
- 3-4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- Ice cubes as required
MethodÂ
- Put dates in a blender jar, add chilled milk and process till well blended.
- Add vanilla ice cream and a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour into 4 stemmed glasses and serve immediately.
