- 1 1/2 cups Whipping cream chilled
- 1/2 cup Condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
Method
- Take whipping cream in a large bowl and beat with an electric hand blender till soft peaks form.
- Add condensed milk and vanilla essence and beat again.
- Pour the mixture into an airtight container, cover it and keep the container in the freezer and freeze for 8-10 hours.
- Scoop into stemmed glasses and serve immediately.
