Ingredients for Dalgona Coffee - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Instant coffee powder 4 teaspoons

  • Sugar 4 teaspoons

  • Cold milk 3 cups

Method

Step 1

Transfer instant coffee powder and sugar in a big mug/ bowl. Add 2-3 tbsps water and whisk with the help of a hand blender for 3-4 minutes or till frothy.

Step 2

Transfer the cold milk in 4 individual cups and top up with the prepared foam.

Step 3

Serve chilled.
