Ingredients list for Custard Apple Ice Cream
- 3-4 cup Custard Apple Pulp
- 2 cup Milk
- 1/3 cup Powdered sugar
Method
- Combine milk, powdered sugar, milk powder, vanilla essence and fresh cream in a bowl and mix well till the sugar dissolves.
- Add the custard apple pulp and mix well. Pour into a shallow container, cover it and freeze till sets. Blend the mixture in a blender till smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture into the shallow container. Cover and freeze till firm. Scoop and serve.
