Ingredients list for Crostini Al Parmigiano

  • 1 loaf large French Beans
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 10 cloves Garlic,chopped
  • 10-12 Peppercorns freshly ground
  • 1/2 tablespoon Mixed herbs
  • 1/2 tablespoon Red chilli flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Method

  1. Mix Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and garlic in a bowl. Season with ground peppercorns, dried herbs and chilli flakes.
  2. Cut the baguette diagonally into half-inch thick slices and spread with butter. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on each slice and place under a hot grill till the cheese melts. Serve hot.
