Ingredients list for Croissant Pudding with Chocolate
- 3 Croissant
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate shredded
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 2 cups Warm milk
- 2-3 tablespoons Mixed fruit jam
Method
- Preheat oven at 180°C. Slice the croissants and cut into big pieces and put into a bowl.
- Break eggs into another bowl, add sugar and whisk well. Add vanilla essence and continue to whisk.
- Add milk, little by little, and whisk till well blended. Pour the egg mixture over the croissant pieces. Sprinkle chocolate on top. Put a few dollops of jam all around and mix.
- Cover the bowl with aluminium foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
- Take it out of the oven and serve warm.
