Ingredients
- 1 cup refined flour
- 2 medium oranges separated into segments
- 2-3 medium kiwis peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 eggs
- 1½ cups milk
- Salt to taste
- Maple syrup for drizzling
Method
- Break eggs into a bowl, add milk and salt and whisk well.
- Sift flour into the bowl and whisk well to make a smooth and thin batter.
- Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladleful of the batter, spread into a crepe and let the underside cook. Place some of the fruits on one side and fold the crepe into half and fold again to make a triangle. Make more crepes in the same way.
- Place the crepes on individual serving plates, drizzle maple syrup on top and serve hot.
