Ingredients for Crepes With Hot Chocolate Sauce Recipe

  • Eggs 3

  • Refined flour 2 cups

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Butter melted 4 tablespoons


  • Butter 2 tablespoons

  • Brown sugar 1 cup

  • Cocoa powder sifted 3 tablespoons

  • Cream 1 1/2 cups


Step 1

For the batter, break eggs into a bowl and beat them with a hand blender till frothy.

Step 2

Add refined flour and beat again. Add milk and continue to beat.

Step 3

Add melted butter and beat again. For the sauce, heat butter in a non-stick pan, add brown sugar and stir till it dissolves.

Step 4

Add cocoa powder and stir till smooth. Add cream and mix. Simmer on low heat.

Step 5

Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladle full of batter and spread to a round crepe.

Step 6

Let it cook till the underside is light golden and crisp.

Step 7

You can serve it dipped in chocolate sauce or fold it and drizzle the sauce over it.
