Ingredients list for Crepes With Hot Chocolate Sauce
- 3 Eggs
- 2 cups Refined flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 tablespoons Butter melted
- FOR SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder sifted
- 1 1/2 cups Cream
Method
- For the batter, break eggs into a bowl and beat them with a hand blender till frothy.
- Add refined flour and beat again. Add milk and continue to beat.
- Add melted butter and beat again. For the sauce, heat butter in a non-stick pan, add brown sugar and stir till it dissolves.
- Add cocoa powder and stir till smooth. Add cream and mix. Simmer on low heat.
- Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladle full of batter and spread to a round crepe.
- Let it cook till the underside is light golden and crisp.
- You can serve it dipped in chocolate sauce or fold it and drizzle the sauce over it.
